Our skip bin hire terms and conditions for the Gold Coast
At Suttons Skip hire, we endeavour to be as environmentally friendly as possible when disposing of your waste. So that we can continue providing a quality service that’s also kind to the environment, we need you to keep a few important things in mind when you’re filling up your skip bin.
Skip Bins should not be loaded above the rails. Additional Fees may apply.
We do not accept responsibility for any damage to the customer’s property that may occur as a result of placing and picking up the bin and positioning the skip truck to access the bin.
It is the customer’s responsibility to attain the relevant council permits where a bin needs to be placed on public land, nature strips, footpaths or similar public property. We are do not accept responsibility for any fines that occur as a result of a customer request to place a bin on land that requires a permit.
The customer may be liable for additional fees if the incorrect waste type is placed in the bin.
